Zeolite Rotor Concentrator

Zeolite Rotor Concentrator

Concentrates large-airflow, low-concentration VOC exhaust into a smaller stream for efficient downstream oxidation.

Equipment configuration

Designed around actual process conditions

The continuously rotating molecular-sieve media passes through adsorption, desorption and cooling zones. It reduces the airflow handled by the downstream oxidizer and can substantially lower fuel demand.

How it works

Compatible VOC molecules are adsorbed from the process stream and released into a small heated desorption stream, which feeds an RTO or catalytic oxidizer.

  1. 01Filter and condition process air
  2. 02Adsorb VOCs in the process-air sector
  3. 03Desorb into a smaller hot-air stream
  4. 04Cool the media and send concentrate to oxidation
